I was testing the steps in the article and managed to install Host Agent &Unisphere Server Utility on the server. Still, after the installation, the server was added to the EMC VNX 5200 Storage but register /Yes   Logged in /NO, and when I assigned lUN to the server still cannot be discovered.

What you need to do is to bring the connection online as it is currently showing as not logged in.  Once you are logged in you should see the host and the lun should be seen as well.
