VNX 5500 Hard Specs

Hey,

I have a VNX 5500 which includes DPE, DAE for 2.5" disk and DAE for 3.5" Disk, 2 x CS, and a DataMover.  I need full hardware specs for all the chassis.  I am also looking for all the possible license software/modules available for the VNX 5500.  Please send any links to documentation or websites that can provide this information.  As I have to fill out a spread sheet with the following information found below.

I dont know if this will help but this is the current versions of the file and block OE

Current Versions:

File: 7.1.56-5

Block: 05.32.000.5.015

How do I find out what software I have enabled if i can not get a hold of my EMC rep?  Is there a command I can type at the CLI to find out or a path I can take on the Unisphere UI?

Thank you

In Unisphere, click on System. On the right-hand side click on System Properties and select the Software tab

I am not sure what the VNX 5500-f is, but I figure its not the same as the VNX 5500?

Ernes,

I am guessing the DM and the CS dont have a processor?  I thought at least the DM has a processor?

Thank you,

You first link is not for VNX5500. Your second link is for the VNX5500-F array.

I actually found the answer to this:

Click on "System" on the top menu,

Click on "System Properties" on the right side menu under System Management.

CS is a generic 1U pizza box (intel probably), you can use any standard Linux commands to look up CPU/Memory info

Dynamox,

your the man!  /proc/cpuinfo worked... Now I need the info for the Data Mover.  I am going to look at page 11 like Ernes suggested.
