VNX reserve LUN pool

Hi, could someone help me understand reserve LUN pool configuration for VNX.  I am implementing incremental SAN copy and need to assign LUNs to RLP. Looking at the current configuration of the array I only see 1 pool "pool 0"

With that in mind, do I need to create another pool that will be used as RPL.  Or are there specific steps that need to be followed in order to create RPL?

Could RLP creating be done in Unisphere.  I see config docs about RLP configuration using Enterprise Storage, but do not know how to access it..
