VNX5300 Service Processor Reboot Procedure
Does anyone know what the proper procedure is to reboot SP's in a VNX 5300? I tried VNX Procedure Generator tool which was of no help!

go to System > Hardware ..right click on SP and select Reboot. Why are you rebooting ?

@dynamox - Thanks for the response, I did see that option in Unisphere...isn't it recommended to trespass any LUN's assigned to a particular SP before rebooting it? EMC support is requesting one or both SP's to be rebooted to address an issue.

some folks prefer to manually trespass LUNs, i have never done ..they will get trespassed when SP reboots anyway. Most important part is to make sure all hosts are multi-pathed and multipathing software is configured/licensed properly.
