VNXe3200 Pool offline
Hi everyone,
I am experiencing an issue with a Dell VNXe3200 storage system.
I previously had alerts regarding faulty cache batteries (BBU) and a failed disk. I have successfully replaced both the cache batteries and the failed disk. The hardware alerts have cleared, and the physical components are now reporting as healthy.
Current Problem: Despite the hardware being healthy, the Storage Pool remains in an 'Offline' state, and consequently, the associated LUNs are inaccessible.
Steps taken so far:
Replaced cache batteries.
Replaced the failed physical disk.
Verified that all physical components (Disks, SPs) show a healthy status in Unisphere.
Could you please advise on the recommended procedure to bring the storage pool back to an 'Online' state? Is there a manual command or a specific sequence in Unisphere that I should perform to force the pool to re-scan or mount?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you."

Hello Ahmed_Mahmoud,
When you replace the BBU on your VNXe system it should run a battery test on both SP’s. Once the test completes your system should go back to online unless there is an additional problem. If you try to manually put the pool back online do you get any errors?
