I just posted similar topic on this thread - Re: Check uemcli support by storage system
In short,
You can install and use same naviseccli (CLI) that works on both VNX1/VNX2 Block.
For VNX File, you need to login to the CS, so it is going to be different and due to this, no install necessary.

I installed both on the same server.
I was already familiar with naviseccli but the uemcli is new for me so lets find out how security works.

uemcli will NOT work with VNX1 or VNX2 - it is for Unity and some VNXe only
