internet connectivity
Vostro 3020 Tower Desktop
Hello everyone
My computer is DELL VOSTRO 3020
Internet connectivity is completely normal and I surf the Internet without any problems at all.
The SUPPORT ASSIST application alerts me that I have updates available and when I try to install them I get the message that appears in the attached photo.
I am well aware that the message is false and incorrect.
What can be done about it???
When I connect to the DELL website and try to scan and look for updates manually, I get a message that all the drivers are up to date and no update is required.
Can someone explain to me what is going on here?
I must point out that in addition to everything I said here.... I made sure beyond any doubt that the application is enabled through the Windows firewall so that this option of the lack of connectivity was also ruled out

automatic bios update is risky.
if your pc is working pefectly, do not update bios.
we often user reported automatic video card, WLAN etc. driver update cause a working computer to become headache.
Support Assist - you'll only need this if you need to contact Dell Tech Support for any reason. If there's nothing wrong with your computer, just don't bother with it. It has a history of security flaws, and it makes sense for people who aren't tech savvy at all, or for Dell technicians who need to access your computer remotely.

SA is Dell AI bloatware. You can either ignore its erroneous msg or better uninstall SA.

@redxps630 what ????
are you serious????
Let's assume for a moment that I remove this software as you suggested.
How can I update drivers and BIOS automatically?
