Bluetooth NOT working

I have a Inspiron 13 7386 running W11 with all updates and the latest BIOS updated.

However for some time I have been unable to get the built in bluetooth to work. I have tried about everything I can through research on the web. 

I have a USB bluetooth which I have used but now this will not connect to my Logi Mouse (M535) and I am unable to delete it.

HELP!
