Bluetooth suddenly disappeared

hi the bluetooth suddenly stopped working and has disappeared from the computer - have tried finding the drivers - and restoring my pc - but nothing works - pl help

right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private Service Tag and all of your troubleshooting.

After restoring the computer, you downloaded / installed latest bluetooth, network, chipset drivers and other necessary drivers in the correct order from your Dell Product Support page?
