Dell Vostro 5415 missing key hinges
2 of the key hinges on my vostro 5415 have snapped and I'm unable to locate a replacement. I wanted to contact dell tech support to discuss repair options, however I'm unable to talk on the phone due to health reasons and there was no other option available to me. If anyone knows of a way I can either find the key hinges (very difficult, looked all over the place) or contact dell via email or chat please let me know.

The individual parts of the keyboard are unavailable. You need to replace the palmrest assembly, which includes the keyboard.

@ejn63 I don't really think I'd be able to do that, seems a bit complicated. Don't suppose you know if this is covered by the next business day onsite service package?

You can try, but it may be they'll deem it accidental damage.
