Forticlient vpn
Vostro 7620
Hello
I need your help asap.
We bought Dell Vostro 7620, a great computer, but the Forticlient VPN or the full version of the client is not working,
it's just stuck and then presents an error that the destination is unreachable, which is not true.
Do you know anything about this problem? I've looked but didn't find any solution.

It's unlikely hardware-related. Contact your VPN software supplier or check its troubleshooting database on their website.

The thing is that no one in our company is experiencing this issue, I red in the forums that people have trouble with Dell computers, need a lead here

Presumably you have some sort of internal support for that VPN client -- that's the place to start.

Like was already said this is not a Dell Hardware issue. Contact the supplier of the VPN.
