Guarded Host Feature Default Value

In Windows 11 my pc take long time to start, And The windows feature Guarded Host is enabled, but I don't know if it is enabled by default or not. Can expert Having same device Vostro 15 3510 to tell me default value, and will happen if I disable it (I am using Hyper-V for cybersecurity purpose -Kali linux pentests-)
