inaccessible boot device

since last week, I'm not able to log on to my Vostro 3590 laptop, i even changed the SATA settings but nothing works, i tried pressing force shut down and turning olit on again but the advanced option doesn't come up, only the scanning comes up, please help me with some easy method to solve this
