Problem with the Mouse-Pad and Laptop keeps overheating

Purchased two Laptops-Vostro, both are having some technical issues and the mouse pad isn't working. Laptop keeps overheating while working. Tried to contact customer support, but they are not responding properly. Kindly look into this matter and please help us resolve this issue ASAP. Thank You.
