Restart doesnt work?

So.. basically my product is vostro 15 5568, whenever i shutdown my pc and start it with power button, it works just fine! but if i restart then it just turns off, turns on but black screen no output (i know its on because of keyboard backlight and touch response). it gives me a lot of issues like when installing bios updates, windows updates and because i have to shutdown my pc with power button after im stuck on black screen after restart, it gives windows recovery screen after a few times which tells me to restart and yes... you guessed it right, it gives a black screen again.
