Soldar puerto usb c
Tengo una laptop Dell Vostro 14 3400 sin USB C pero hay varias otras laptops de ese mismo modelo que si tienen ese puerto e investigando note que tiene ese espacio para USB C en la mother board solo que no se si se pueda soldar cualquier puerto USB C o debe de ser un puerto compatible?

You cannot retrofit the part -- even if you can find one (likely impossible unless you live in Southeast China), the chances of successfully soldering it are slim to zero.
And if you're looking for Thunderbolt functionality, that's not just a matter of the port -- it requires the support chips be present.
