Hello guys i purchase dell vostro 15 about 2013 after that my keyboard function not properly and i changed it from repairing center and after that i used external keyboard but problem still exist after some time and now the situation is that my laptop hang after one minute give solution pls..

Just to let you know that this is a customer to customer forum. Reply from dell support will always be their canned replies as you see in your post. As for support from dell don't expect much it is all script replies that they copy of a piece of paper. Very disappointed on the dell support I rate them 0 out of 10.
