SupportAssist uninstall error
Supportassist doesn't open. I get an error message when attempting to uninstall "Error 1721 There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package" I can't locate: "SupportAssist_6.0.6992.1111_x64.exe" I'm running Windows 7

Thanks. After posting my issue I looked at other posts and the troubleshooter was listed. It worked, but now I need to find an older version of Supportassist for my Windows 7 operating system. The Dell links I found are for 8 and up.

Thanks. With all the negative reviews I've been reading, perhaps I'm better off without it. This website has a download link for "Dell SupportAssistAgent 2.1.4.14", but they are charging for access.

The searches I did seemed to indicate that a Windows 7 version may not be available anymore.
