the sata controller are hidden

I bought an optiplex 3240 aio computer, to update my previous computer, a Dell but older, the system is XP, and it does not start on it. I placed it on another PC and with the bios configuration to sata it works but it doesn't on mine. exit the sata controller are hidden. I need to activate it. or through other programs insert the driver through p2p that I still can't find. I appreciate your help, thank you
