Unknown memory problem

Today i was turning on my laptop and minutes later the os crashed and when i restarted it happened the same thing and again until that even the safe mode it crashed same to the startup repair it crashed, when i used the dvd i used chkdsk and it didn't work, when i tried to go to my dvd installation disk again it blue screened, when i went to diagnostics thing and it showed this message when it was diagnosing the memory

Power off, unplug, remove the base cover and disconnect the battery from the system board.  Remove and replace both modules.

Then re-test.  If you still see that error, either the module is bad, or the socket is.  If you have two modules, test each one in each socket.  If one module tests bad in both sockets, replace the module.  If both modules test bad in one socket but not the other, the socket is bad;  replace the system board.
