I have a Vostro 1700 running 32-bit Windows 10 with 4GB RAM and a Samsung Evo SSD.

Regularly it freezes and when I hard power off it will no longer power up.

If I press the power button the power adaptor light (first light) on the right flashes on an thn goes off and then the battery light (third light) flashes on then off.

The laptop will not power on.
If I remove the battery and power cable and press the power button for 1 minute and reconnect, nothing happens.

After a few hours pressing the power button will boot the laptop immediately.

What can be causing this, any ideas?
