Vostro-5590 Windows-11 Microsoft Bluetooth mouse intermittent

The Microsoft bluetooth mouse "BluetoothMouse36" ceases working for 1-5 seconds every few minutes.  This is very annoying. I added a second mouse, wired, and this other mouse does not have the problem.

The computer has the NVIDIA GeForce MX250 graphics card and an external monitor.

Any clue on solving the issue?
