I am looking at buying the above laptop, however I want to ensure this laptop supports thunderbolt charging. I am planning on using this with the WD19TB dock and would like to ensure it will charge my device so I do not also need to use the power cable.

The specs page mention a thunderbolt port however it does not say whether it supports charging through it and there is no mention of power delivery like there is on some other products.

Will this work or I am better looking at a different model such as the new Inspiron 15 7000?
