Windows Boot Manager problem
Hi,
I have a problem with my laptop. Windows installation works only from Legacy level. After installing the system, i got error:
Recovery, Your PC needs to be repaired pops up. File: /EFI/Microsoft/Bot/BCD Error code: 0xc000000f.
The new disk (or the boot manager option) is not visible in the boot sequence at all. It is only visible in System information. I have tried many options from the internet but none of them work. I have 2 new Sata SSDs and neither work. Originally there was an M.2 drive. Please help

It's impossible to answer definitively with so little information, but:
Set the system to UEFI mode, the drive to AHCI mode (NOT IRST/RAID) and boot from your Windows media to do the installation.
You cannot change from CSM/Legacy to UEFI without either reinstalling (preferred) or converting the disc from MBR to GPT mode.
If you need further assistance, post the full model number (Vostro 3501, etc.) and the version of Windows you're installing.
