Convert VPLEX local to VPLEX Metro

Question

I have a Vplex local setup.   The VPLEX cluster itself is already come with a WAN com module but not in use.  In future if I buy another VPLEX, I want to convert the setup to Metro.   The existing VPLEX local will be cluster-1, the new VPLEX cluster will be cluster-2.  I would like to know whether this process is disruptive.
