Issue: Cluster 1 to Cluster 2 (Failed to load)

Hi Dear community

As you will can see there is a fail(problem) between two Vplex in configured in a cluster way.

First of all there is no outage. Everything looks like perfect. I'm attaching here extra information to understand what I mean

Cluster 1 - Dashboard

Cluster 2 - Dashboard

Cluster 1 - System Health. You can see there that cluster 2 is not reachable
Cluster 2 - You can see that clister 1 is reachable
As I stated at the beginning of this thread. There is no outage and all is working properly. Could someone tell me how to fix this? Let me know if you need further details. Thanks

@DELL-Josh Cr

I was checking out there and I found this VPLEX: How to restart VPlexManagementConsole to refresh VPLEX CLI/GUI | Dell US

Is it Ok?

Should I do it in the Cluster 2?? Right?

Hi,

Thank you for your question.

Are there any errors in the logs? What version are you using? It can be caused by cabling being incorrect or failing.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,

Josh #Iwork4Dell

@DELL-Josh Cr

Thanks for your answer

Well this is all information I got from these storages

Clusters Firmware Version

Cluster 1

Cluster 2

Cluster 1 Status Details
Cluster 2 Status Details
View from Cluster 1
View from Cluster 2
As you can see there is an issue about a power supply. It will replace soon. It is no related to with issue in the thread subject
Maybe could be an issue about the VPN between the Storages? Maybe Should I restart the management service?

The WAN communications are giving errors, so yeah try restarting the management service.

Thanks,

Josh
