LUN exported from CX960 does not show thin capable

Hi All,

I have encapsulated a thin lun from CX960 behind VPLEX but while creating virtual volume it shows "create thin virtual volume check box grid out". Please suggest any alternate option.

    Hi Vinit,

    When you say encapsulated, I believe you mean claimed a volume with existing data. Make sure the volume was claimed as thin itself. if not, you can unclaim and reclaim as thin. Try cli using the wizard.
