VPLEX HW installation

Hello, I am new to VPLEX. 2 questions. first, how can I download the VPLEX directors and management server OE to update the firmwares. second is it recommended to consider 1 U blank space in RACK between each VPLEX modules ?

    Mohammed customers are not allowed to upgrade/install the code themselves. It must be done via support. If this is a VS2 then the white space must be considered

    but our site is in classified zone and support will not allowed to enter. Why EMC not let me to update the VPLEX ? I bought VPLEX and need support. wish I bought other solutions than VPLEX !

    Please work with your account team regarding this. The rules may be different for restricted sites
