VPLEX VS2 Health Check fails
I have VPLEX VS2 and I am using it as VPLEX Local. I have zoned the VPLEX Backend ports with the storage Array. Below is I have zoned the Back-end ports
It doesn't discover the storage array. I tried from the EMC Unisphere under Storage Arrays and gave the IP address of the array to find and it doesn't detect that. Also health-check fails with error
ERROR: HealthCheckCmd exception
Unable to execute firmware command.
No directors on which to execute command
Health indicator for all the director says that "Director has not gained quorum".
Any idea how do I fix that?
Fabric-A
VS2 Engine 1:
VPLEX BE IOM B1(Port 00) of Director B zoned to Storage Array ports(Zone 1)
VPLEX BE IOM A1(Port 00) of Director A zoned to Storage Array ports(Zone 2)
VS2 Engine 2:
VPLEX BE IOM B1(Port 00) of Director B zoned to Storage Array ports(Zone 3)
VPLEX BE IOM A1(Port 00) of Director A zoned to Storage Array ports(Zone 4)
Fabric -B
VS2 Engine 1:
VPLEX BE IOM B1(Port 01) of Director B zoned to Storage Array ports(Zone 1)
VPLEX BE IOM A1(Port 01) of Director A zoned to Storage Array ports(Zone 2)
VS2 Engine 2:
VPLEX BE IOM B1(Port 01) of Director B zoned to Storage Array ports(Zone 3)
VPLEX BE IOM A1(Port 01) of Director A zoned to Storage Array ports(Zone 4)
NOTE: I have not connected the IOM B3 Local COM Ports. Do I need to connect them to both the fabrics?
Below is the connectivity from each Director. All the 4 directors are talking to Storage Array:

Hi ,
Director not gained quorum means that the director is not able to see the meta volume. The local comm does not connect to the fabrics. They should got to the local-comm switches which is the DS-300B switch in the same rack. Make sure that the VPlex back-end ports are logged into the storage array and volumes presented to them.
