VMware Licensing for VSPEX Blue
For those customers that do not have a VMware ELA but want to repurpose existing licenses will they be able to do so with the VSPEX Blue solution?

Yes. You will have to have 8 CPU vSphere Enterprise Plus existing license or ELA.
