Auto-Size not working?

I've been testing 7.5 with three VM's I created from Desktops -> Add Computers, but I'd like it setup so an additional two VMs spin up when someone logs into one of them.

I went into my Desktop properties and set Auto-Size to 2- minimum, 2- demand buffer, 8- maximum. After making the change I deleted the existing computers and recreated two more, but it's not working.

When I log into twice it won't create the extra VMs.
