Yes, you are talking about an annoying box that is also known as  "Active Setup"

Get Metaprofiles to also capture these keys:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Active Setup

HKCU\Software\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Active Setup

Once you done that, you'll see the box one more time. Then once you log off, we'll save the setting and you never see it again!
