Can you tell us a little more the device and how it functions?  Do the users record into the device followed by sound files being uploaded to the software when connected?  What does the software do? Does it interact with the device via USB?

What type of desktop are you using in vWorkspace RDSH or VDI?

It is a RDSH desktop

The device is a HID compliant foot control. It by installing a Driver to the client machine, it works fine if i use standard RDP on to the desktop but not when i use vWorkspace

Any ideas?
