The vWorkspace PNtools can not be installed on a Windows Terminal Server or RDSH, this is not a supported configuration. You can install PNtools only on a VDI or Windows Server without the RDSH role enabled.
The vWorkspace Terminal Server / RD session host role installs the components required for Virtual User Profiles. The correct installation process would be:
1. Install Windows 2008 R2
2. Add the RD Session Host role
3. Install the vWorkspace Terminal Server / RD Session host role (and any other required roles)
4. Use the vWorkspace Console to configure Virtual User Profiles as required.
I created my first silo. when I follow the instrustions at http://documents.quest.com/DOC28931 I must add a regkey propertie. I that section i must change the scope to silo. but it also expects a registry key....?
And is it a problem when I do not select a "users profiles storage server" when creating a silo?
