Security warning when running script

I'm having an issue running a vWorkspace Scripts (v7.5). The batch file I'm trying to use won't run, but if I manually run it after the virtual desktop logs in I get the security popup "The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?", which points to my batch file.

After I hit okay to accept it does run the batch file. I did some additional testing this weekend and found that this behavior also happens when I run an exe from Active Directory GPO. (screenshot attached)

Strange thing is that I don't have these issues on physical Windows 7 machines. When the exe runs from GPO on a physical machine it runs fine.

I already have a ticket open with support, but thought I might get lucky and find someone else who has experienced this issue here.
