vWorkspace 7.5, two-factor on WebAccess

Hi All,

I'm trying to set up Two-Factor authentication on Web Access. I'm using vWorkspace 7.5 and Vasco Identikey 3.4

I've configured WebAccess as follows:

(Server contains the hostname of the IdentityKey server, servers are in the same domain)

And created a a radius client on IdentityKey that contains the information of the Web Access server.

When I try to logon using the AD username name (Identikey contains the same username) and the as the password the tokenresponse (6 numbers) directly followed by the domainpassword, I get the following error:

In the firewall on the Identikey server port 1812 is opened. In the Identikey server I don't see any logon attempt by the user.

Any help is welcome!

Added:

I used the radius client simulator from the server running vWorkspace Web Access with the same shared secret and that works, it generated a log entry on the IdenityKey Server. Using the vWorkspace WebAccess no log entry is created on the IdenityKey server.
