vWorkspace Client 7.1 locking up
I'm a new cleint side user of vWorkspace Client 7.1.301.358 and have been experiencing lock ups since I begain using it. I subcribe to a Application Service Provider as a host for various accounting software who uses vWorkspace as it's platform. They don't seem to be much help except to say that my ISP is causing too many dropped packets, which is interesting because this is their first response every time I bring the problem to them and they have yet to run any troubleshooting to make that determination. And having done the trouble shooting myself, there are not dropped packets.
Shortly after I log in to vWorkspace, whether I actually have any programs open on the hosted server, I will invariably experience an overall system slow down and lockup of the vWorkspace hosted server. When I look at my task manager I always find that "pntsc.exe", which I believe is the vWorkspace shell, running at a very high rate and consuming a majority of my system resources. I can log off and back on again but only to repeat the process after a period of time.
I use a Linksys WRT54GS router but am hard wired (not wireless) if this makes any difference. Little else is running and very little system resources being consumed by anything other than pntsc.exe.
Any suggestions?

Hello Michael,
You mentioned that you are running the vWorkspace Client version 7.1.301.358. There is an updated version of this client; version 7.1.301.369 that is included with the vWorkspace 7.1 Maintenance Release 1. Can you try to upgrade to the newest client to see if this resolves the issue you are experiencing?
