while lainching thinshell 2.5 beta1 getting error

     Hello,

I was trying to configure Thinshell 2.5 Beta1 on windows Xp SP3 workstation and according to Admin Guide instruction i configured Thinshell_default.xml file and placed it in same folder but while i launch thinshell.exe it gave me below error

please help with this....
