Hello, I seek for a suggestion/solution or simply ideas Long story short: I made a deploy of a vxrail cluster shipped with v4.5 and then upgraded to 7.0.101 and everything went smooth. Then I had to reset all the nodes with RASR back to 4.5. I recreated the cluster and all was ok. When I tried to upgrade it again to 7.0.101 the precheck fails because all the firmwares are already upgraded and I cannot start the upgrade! I, of course, openede a ticket but many many hours passed and no one is recontacting. My questions are: Have you evere been in a situation like this? What did you do? Is there a way to bypass the precheck? Thank you for all the help!
