We have recently installed this update. It is supposed to include the latest VMware Tools 12.1.0 to address the the critical vulnerability (VMSA-2022-0024.1) but actually includes version 12.0.0.

Thanks, looking into this. You may also be able to work with phone support to manually update vmware tools.
