A password for Internet Explorer in XP

I have a Windows XP system and am using Internet Explorer 6 for internet browsing.  Can Internet Explorer be password protected so others cannot use this machine to browse unless they know the password?

beville,

The entire computer can be password protected so if you are concerned simply add a password to each account on the computer.

I know that.  But the computer is unattended in a large area during lunchtime or quick moments away from the computer.  I just want to password explorer so no one else is sitting at the desk, browsing!!!

press the Windows and L keys on your keybord simultaneously - this will lock your computer - you'll need your user password to unlock it again.  :smileyhappy:
