add/remove problem with MusicMatch Jukebox- HELP?

I recently removed music match jukebox from the add/remove feature in windows and was successful. This program came with my dell dimension 9100 and was preinstalled. A few days later I began to have shutdown problems when ccapp.exe, which is an update feature in Norton Internet Security, began to freeze. So I decide to do a system restore and the problem was gone. Havent had any problems with ccapp.exe. So I check the add/remove feature in windows to uninstall Music Match again and thats when the problem began. It wont remove because it says that there is a problem with a bitmap and setup.exe. How do I rid myself of Music Match jukebox since its a useless program. Also if I cant remove it should I just leave it there and just pretend that I dont have it since it seems like its not causing any problems.

The System Restore, restored part of MMJB but not all of it and some files needed to uninstall are missing.  You will have to reinstall MMJB, and then you can do the orderly uninstall.

MMJB is not a bad program.  It's a media player but also has other features, like line in recording, CD ripping and CD burning.  And unlike the Windows Media Player, it will save in wav or MP3 formats, not just the proprietary Windows Media format.
