Administrator folder for Intel file

Hi!

I've been using my XPS 8930 for almost a year, but only just noticed that there is the "Administrator" folder in my C:\Users\.
I was surprised since I never activated the built-in Administrator account. I've just checked using CMD and the administrator account is inactive. Furthermore, the creation date of the folder is February 24, 2020 - the day after I turned on my PC for the first time.
There is only one file in this directory:
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Intel\DAL\Applets\CBEDE6F96CE4439CA1C76E2087786616.dalp
Do you think I can safely delete this folder?
