The Dell Remote Access software is different than the Dellconnect software the techs use to connect to your computer. The Dell Remote Access software enables you to access your own computer from another with internet access. To rid of the message, go to programs and features and uninstall Dell Remote Access Software. Will still be able to connect with Tech Support if Needed, and you can always reinstall the Dell Remote Access software from the website if you need.
