ASP.NET Machine Account keeps asking for a password
(If this is not the right place to post please let me know where I can ask this question)
I don't know why this started but I was trying to update Unity on my computer when I was prompted with the "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your computer" pop-up but this time it asked me for a password that I do not have. I've had this computer for 4+ years, bought it brand new, and was never asked for an ASP .NET Machine Account password. I tried my regular computer password and my computer pin but neither worked. Every solution that I've found, has failed because all of the solutions require me to access settings that I need the password to access.
I can't update my apps, I can't download new apps, and I can't access any important settings, I'm not really sure what to do about this situation.
I have a Dell Inspiron 3668, Windows 10 Computer
For some reason I can't post a picture so here's the exact message:
Do you want to allow the app to make changes to your device?
Displays App Name, for example, Unity Hub or Advanced System Settings
Verified publisher: publisher of the app
Show more details: gives me a CLSID
To continue enter an admin user name and password.

Password: asks me to input
