Axis ActiveX Camera Control

Question

Hello everybody. I just received my new Inspiron 1720 couple days ago and I am trying to watch the webcam #2 on this site: http://www.primariamedias.ro (#1 usually doesn't work). I cannot do it and the message that I am getting is this: 'Axis ActiveX Camera ControlThe AXIS ActiveX Camera Control, which enables you to view live image streams in Microsoft Internet Explorer, could not be registered on your computer.'   I wonder if somebody can figure out the security settings in Internet explorer for this laptop since my HP dv7000 using also Vista did not have any problems.   TIA, Oneman42
