BIOS

Will / Should I upgrade the BIOS if I upgrade the memory on my Dim 8250? Current version is A01.

Try the memory first, if there's no problem, keep the version... If is not recognized, update BIOS.

How mucho do you have, and how much are you planning to upgrade???

Upgrading bios is when you have a problem and replacing the system microcode fixes it. Memory and bios are 2 completely different things

Currently have 128MB in RIMM 1&2, adding 256MB in RIMM 3&4.
