Do you mean blinking, or shaking? Does this do this only when you are using Internet Explorer? Try turning off Protected Mode. To do this double click at the bottom right side of your browser where it says Protected Mode. A box appears on the left side uncheck Protected Mode. Try this and see what happens.

It is probalby shaking. To be precise it is jumping up and down very fast. I turned off Protected mode but it did not help. I remeber when XP just came out it had blinking title bar but Microsoft fixed it. I think it is redraw problem in Vista. Do you have any other suggestion?

Thanks,

When you turn off Protected Mode you have to close Internet Explorer, and reopen it. You did not answer my question. Does it only do it when using Internet Explorer, loading Web Pages? I had this problem but noticed that it did not do it when using Firefox Browser, so then I started experimenting with Internet Explorer and discovered the problem stopped after disabling Protected Mode.

Mine "blinks" or jumps too when I open webpages.  I don't know what the Protected Mode is for but if it gives me more protection on the Internet, I can live with the blinking.  It only blinks for a couple of seconds.  :smileywink:
