Blue Screen Help

Recently, I've been getting a blue screen frequently with my computer (it has just started it the last few days). The error it states is a Bad Pool Header, not knowing what that is I have come here. It only happens duing shutdown or startup, so really when I get the screen all it entails is shutting down manually or restarting but it still annoyes me and I'd like to know what's going on. I have SP2 if that is relevant, however I've had no problems with it.

You need to either post the complete contents of the specific error message (spelling counts), or do a Google search of the pertinent details of same at http://www.google.com  There are more than a few error messages relating to BAD_POOL_HEADER, and it's going to be next to impossible to guess which one you're seeing.

Ok, here's the Bad Pool Header error codes (I also got this other blue screen for this .sys file, but I know what program it's coming from):

    It said

    0x00000019 (0x00000020, 0xE115EB48, 0xE115EBB0, 0x0C0D040F)

That's all it said under technical information, everything else was the generic stuff they give when there's a blue screen.
