OS Windows XP. 

I have been getting an error message upon boot-up. The error message is "Windows couldn't start because the following is corrupt or missing -- System32\drivers\ntfs.sys. Please insert Windows XP CD and type r to repair." I do not know what to do at the prompt when I insert the DELL Recovery CD/DVD.
